| Goals | | Readiness for learning is important in this fast paced society. Our nursery school is the first step on the education highway. By offering a variety of experiences and activities, we will guide the children through discovery, facts, fiction, play, social interaction, bible stories, and more. We will encourage them to discover that learning is a lifetime experience, not something just for school. | | | We endeavor to: - Encourage them to develop a positive attitude toward school and learning
- Encourage them to appreciate and emulate spiritual qualities: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control
- Provide opportunities for them to develop large and small muscle coordination
- Encourage independence and to accept responsibility for their "things" and actions
- Help them find acceptable outlets for their emotions
- Provide experiences, which encourage them to think, question, analyze problems, and arrive at possible solutions
- Learn the importance of following the rules and directions
- Introduce them to CHristian values and teachings
